29th July – Flamingo Land, North Yorkshire

Highlights: Britain’s biggest combined theme park and zoo, with thrill rides such as Kumali, family coasters, and over 120 animal species. We drop you at the main entrance by 10:30 am; you’re free to roam until 4:30 pm when the coach heads home.
Top tip: pre-book park tickets online to skip the gate queue and save a fiver per person.
2nd August – Edinburgh Explorer

From the Royal Mile to the Camera Obscura, Scotland’s capital packs more history into one square mile than most cities manage in a lifetime.

6th August – Farne Islands, Seahouses & Bamburgh

A Northumberland classic: puffins, harbour seals and castle-fringed beaches all in one relaxed loop.
Seahouses for fish ‘n’ chips and optional boat trip to the Farne Islands (tickets sold separately).
Bamburgh Castle—an hour to explore the ramparts or simply sprawl on the sweeping sand.
Ice-cream stop at Giant’s Causeway Ices on the return leg—because you’ve earned it.

13th August – Beamish, The Living Museum of the North

Step straight into 1825, 1900 and 1940—all without a flux capacitor. Beamish’s open-air streets, pit village and wartime farm recreate the North-East through the ages. Speak to costumed guides, ride the vintage tram and taste fish & chips fried in dripping.

16th August – Blackpool Seaside Spectacular
